Most nations and the citizens of these nations, agree that we are at war with a group that calls themselves Al Qaeda.  They have training camps which train individuals to attack and destroy civilians and military around the world.

It has been the policy (and rule) for thousands of years, that those who pass themselves off as civilians and then attack or plan to attack another nation, or their own nation in times of war, are considered as enemy spies and are put to death.

If the leaders of our nations truly believe that we are at war with Al Qaeda, and if these people are not wearing anything that identify them, all of those who are apprehended should be executed accordingly under the same policies of any other war.
